What is EK-Care Package?
EK-Care Package is a new EK post-sales service that ensures your RMA is processed faster and prioritized every step of the way. The service provides quick resolutions for incorrect delivery claims, defects liability, and warranty claims for orders that include this option.
If you're having problems with your EK product, EK will also initiate product replacements simultaneously with troubleshooting. All this allows for faster RMA and a shorter time frame for getting a new product, minimizing your downtime.
If you're having problems with your delivery (lost or damaged shipments, missing products in your shipment, etc.), and we cannot resolve the issue remotely, EK will initiate a replacement shipment within 7 days.
