QC Number Sticker - where to find it and why we need it
The QC (Quality Control) number should be present on every product assembled in our HQ. We use a silver sticker with black printed numbers on it.
The purpose of the QC sticker is to track and report critical product data. The 12-digit number incorporates the date of assembly and the personal number of the worker that assembled the unit. By checking the date, we can see when and in which batch the false unit was made. Knowing that we are able to check all the other products made on the same day and eliminate the problematic ones. We can find out the cause and fix the problem before even more items are sent out.
