Can I still proceed with my order, that I placed with my company's billing information if my company TAX ID is invalid and I can't get a new one?
If your VAT ID is invalid and you cannot get a new one, you can proceed with your order as a final customer, by requesting we apply the deducted taxes to your order. In that case, we'll send a payment request for the difference in the value of your order and ship your order out in a maximum of 2 business days of receipt of your payment (kindly note that during the holiday season, the processing times can be prolonged). If you'd prefer to cancel your order, reach out to our customer service and we'll issue a full refund.
