Each courier has a specific process when it comes to handling lost shipments. DPD requires the shipment recipient to fill out the Legally binding declaration, which serves as a confirmation that you haven't received the shipment and/or that the signature on the proof of delivery does not belong to you.
If the delivery method on your order was DPD, the tracking status says "delivered" and you haven't received the shipment, or the signature on the proof of delivery does not belong to you, you're welcome to reach out to our Customer Service. Providing our Customer Service with the document upfront will prevent going back and forth to ensure we have everything needed to go forward with the claim and speed up the process of getting your troubles resolved.
