What should I do if DPD loses my shipment?
We understand that delivery issues can be frustrating, especially when you're excited to build your very own masterpiece. Worry not. We're here to help out. This article explains which actions you must take if DPD loses your shipment.
Each courier has a specific process when it comes to handling lost shipments. DPD requires the shipment recipient to fill out the Legally binding declaration, which confirms that you haven't received the shipment and/or that the signature on the proof of delivery does not belong to you.
So, if DPD is the delivery method for your lost order, the tracking status says "delivered," and you haven't received the shipment, or the signature on the proof of delivery does not belong to you, you're welcome to reach out to our Customer Support.
But before you do, please fill out the Legally binding declaration attached to this article just below the text. Providing our Customer Service with the document upfront will speed up the process of ensuring we have all the required information to proceed with the claim, enabling us to resolve your problem more quickly.
