How do I reply to an RMA ticket?
As our RMA Customer Service team is handling their tickets in a different system, you'll have to reach them via their communication channel for an update. To update your RMA ticket, click on "reply here" in the automated message you've received with their latest update or when your RMA ticket was created, and write your message. Your update will automatically update the ticket in their system.
