How do I add additional delivery instructions for my order?
There are several ways to input additional delivery instructions for your order, including:
- Reaching out to the courier
- Adding instructions via the courier software/apps
- Add instructions within the second line of the address on the EK webshop

Reaching out to the courier
The best way to specify additional delivery instructions for your order is to wait until you’ve received our shipment confirmation email that includes your shipment tracking number. Once you have the tracking number, reach out to your local courier office (depending on the courier you chose for your order), and ask them to input additional instructions for your shipment within their system. The courier’s customer service representative will ask about the tracking number to identify the shipment, so make sure you have it on hand.
Adding instructions via the courier software/apps
Some couriers also offer an option to change your delivery details via their apps or online platforms, so there’s no need to contact them directly over the phone or by email. Unfortunately, the International Post does not offer this service.
Add instructions within the second line of the address on the EK webshop
The simplest option for adding short instructions is to add them during the final checkout phase in our webshop before you finalize your order. Simply add them in the address field titled “Street Address 2,” as shown below, and these short instructions will be displayed on the shipping label. Keep in mind, this option is only suitable for short text, so if the instructions are too long, they will not fit the courier’s shipment label.
