Temperature sensors and adjusting the offset

How can I adjust the offset for the temperature sensors T1, T2, and T3?

The offset for the temperature reading on the T1, T2, and T3 headers can be set under the Cooling tab. Click on the header you would like to adjust, then type in the offset number in °C that you would like to apply to that header and click on the save icon to the right of the input field. You can set a positive or negative offset by simply prefixing the input number with a minus sign.
