What header should I connect the pump to?
The pump will work without problems on any of the F1-F6 headers, however, the F6 header has the "Bleed Air" and "Full Speed Bleeding" functions tied to it. These two functions ramp up the component connected to the F6 header to 100% in a set pattern and help you bleed the air out of your loop.
Most systems require only one or two pumps and with more than one pump you can easily use a fan splitter cable on the pump header to connect two or more pumps to a single header for PWM control.
Also, it is perfectly safe to connect the pump to any other fan header on the EK Loop Connect and label that header as a pump header. Keep in mind that the air bleed function from the Settings menu won't apply to that header.
