Can I update my billing and delivery address?
Yes, EKWB shop users can change their billing and shipping information.
Important Note: You can only change the billing and delivery address within the same country. If you need to change the default country for your billing and delivery, please contact our Shipping and Orders Support Department here.
How to update my billing and delivery address?
This can be done in 3 easy steps.
Step 1: Account Settings
Go to Account settings by clicking on the Account button in the upper right corner:
Step 2: Insert New Address
Click on the Address Book located in the left-hand side menu. Once the Address Book menu opens, you will see your current billing and delivery addresses.
You can change both of them by clicking on the Change Billing Address or Change Delivery Address buttons:
Step 3: Saving New Address
Once you’ve inserted your new addresses, simply click on the Save Address button in the menu's lower right corner.
