Why is my order undergoing a Payment Review?
To prevent fraudulent transactions, we use a program that is triggered by certain actions. In case you've received a message your payment is being reviewed, we will refund a random amount back to your Credit Card and notify you about it.
When the refund is visible on your Credit Card, please let us know the amount that was refunded and we will clear your order for processing. Additionally, we will add your email to our "safe list" to prevent further reviews.
Please note: It can take up to 3 business days for the transaction to be visible on your Credit Card account. Additionally, the review might delay the processing of your order for up to 3 business days.

Where do we notify for the refunded amount?

thank you for contacting us.
Once you see the refunded amount, please open a Shipping & Orders support request on our website: https://www.ekwb.com/create-a-support-ticket/ and notify us how much was refunded to your Credit card.
If you correctly informed us about the refunded amount, we will then immediately send your order to processing.
