Why is my order undergoing a Payment Review?
To prevent fraudulent transactions, we use a program that is triggered by certain actions. In case you've received a message your payment is being reviewed, we'll either invite you to a video call or refund a random amount back to your credit card. In either case, you will receive an email from our end informing you of the entire process.
Please note: It can take up to 3 business days for the transaction to be visible on your Credit Card account. Additionally, the review might delay the processing of your order for up to 3 business days.

Where do we notify for the refunded amount?

thank you for contacting us.
Once you see the refunded amount, please open a Shipping & Orders support request on our website: https://www.ekwb.com/create-a-support-ticket/ and notify us how much was refunded to your Credit card.
If you correctly informed us about the refunded amount, we will then immediately send your order to processing.
