How long does it take to receive a reply on a support ticket?
The EK Support Team replies within 2 business days in usual circumstances, however, during the peak season (Black Friday, Christmas sale, major product releases, etc.) it may take up to 4 business days for you to receive a reply. Additional comments to an opened ticket will result in your ticket being put at the very end of the queue. As all customer requests are handled on a chronological basis, this may result in you receiving a reply at a later date.
