Can I replace my order’s currently“out of stock” item with an alternative?
Of course, you can.
If you ordered a product that is currently out of stock, we are happy to provide you with an alternative product if we have one available.
How do I replace my order’s currently “out of stock” item with an alternative?
To do this, you need to contact Shipping and Orders Support and make a request. If you have already chosen an alternative, please provide us with a full product name and EAN code (SKU).
If you haven’t yet decided which alternative product you wish to add to your order, don’t worry. We will do our best to advise you on how to speed up the process by providing optimal alternatives that are currently in stock.
If we are unable to find a suitable alternative, we will offer to remove the item from your order and issue a partial refund.
What if I already have an open request ticket?
If you already have an open request ticket, please allow us to review it and provide you with a reply before you close it. If the request is closed before we take any action, we will not be able to respond to your request or make any required changes to your order.
