Of course. If you ordered a product that is out of stock, we are happy to provide you with an alternative, if we have one available.
Contact Shipping and Orders Support and if you have already chosen an alternative, please provide us with a full product name and EAN code (SKU). If not, don't worry. We will do our best to advise you on how to speed up the process by providing alternatives that are currently in stock. If we don't find a suitable alternative, we will offer to remove the item from your order and issue a partial refund.
In the event that you already have an open request ticket, please allow us to review it and reply to it before you close it, as we will not be able to respond to it or make any changes you require to your order if the request is closed.
