If your order is still processing and was not yet shipped out, there are a few possibilities:
- Everything you ordered is in stock, however, the order is still being processed by our shipping team
- Your order contains products that are currently not available for your order (out of stock/back-ordered)
- Your order contains a pre-ordered product
- Your order is on hold (normally, when customers open requests for order cancellations/amendments/special requests or would like us to check the compatibility of their products before shipping them out)

Order processing timeline:
As soon as all items you purchased are available (in stock), we send your order information to our shipping team and the order processing starts. You have received information on product availability at the time of your order in your order confirmation e-mail. If any of the products were not available at the time you placed your order, your order will not be shipped out until they are.
In case of any changes in restocking dates for the purchased products, we will inform you about it via e-mail. Normally, we process orders within 3 business days after all the items are available for your order. When the estimated processing time is prolonged, the information is published at the checkout and may vary depending on the amount of workload, especially during the high season.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information included once your order is processed along with your invoice.
