If you've placed your order and would like to change it, our Sales and Shipping Support team will be happy to assist you as long as your order hasn't been shipped yet. We can add or remove products, merge your orders into one shipment or split an order into multiple shipments. A timely reaction is key!
Please send us a request via the contact form. If the change is still possible, our customer service will be happy to make the change. To speed up the process, please list all the changes you'd like to make to your order(s) and include the order number(s).
In the event that you already have an open request ticket, please allow us to review it and reply to it before you close it, as we will not be able to respond to it or make any changes you require to your order if the request is closed.
Please keep in mind we do not add pre-order products to existing orders to ensure we stay true to all the customers that have ordered a pre-order product at a certain time.
