If you'd like to check the status of your order, the process varies based on whether or not you were logged into your account at the time of your order.
If you were logged in when you placed the order, please log into your Account and check the Order Status on your Account Dashboard. The statuses are described below:
- pending: we are awaiting payment for your order
- payment review: your payment is under review
- processing: we've received your payment and the order is being processed. If one or more items are out of stock or any of the products is on pre-order, your order will not be shipped out until they are
- completed: your order has been processed and shipped out
If you were not logged in when placing your order, please contact EK's Shipping and Orders Support so we can look into your order for you. In the event that you already have an open request ticket, please allow us to review it and reply to it before you close it, as we will not be able to respond to it if the request is closed.

Order processing timeline:
As soon as all items you purchased are available (in stock), we send your order information to our shipping team and the order processing starts. You have received information on product availability at the time of your order in your order confirmation e-mail. If any of the products were not available at the time you placed your order, your order will not be shipped out until they are.
In case of any changes in restocking dates for the purchased products, we will inform you about it via e-mail. Normally, we process orders within 3 business days after all the items are available for your order. When the estimated processing time is prolonged, the information is published at the checkout and may vary depending on the amount of workload, especially during the high season.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information included once your order is processed along with your invoice.
