Opening an RMA

How do I open an RMA?

If you are having issues with your product or simply want to return it, follow these steps:

• Head to our Support page. 
• Scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Go to RMA". 
• On the next page fill in all the missing fields and provide a short description.
• If you have any pictures or videos that support your claim, please upload those to speed up the process
• Confirm your request by clicking Submit.

Our RMA team will contact you within 3 business days and they will also guide you through the process and answer all your questions.
