If you've submitted the wrong address or have moved to a different one after you've placed your order, our Shipping and Orders Support team will be happy to assist you. If your order is still being processed, we will update your information and send the package to the preferred address. In case your order was already shipped out, we will contact the courier service and ask them to redirect your package.
To change your address, please contact the Shipping and Orders Support team as soon as possible. In the event that you already have an open request ticket, please allow us to review it and reply to it before you close it, as we will not be able to respond to it or make any changes you require to your order if the request is closed.
