In the event that you already have an open request ticket, please allow us to review it and reply to it before you close it, as we will not be able to respond to it or make any changes you require to your order if the request is closed.
If your purchase has already been charged, you will get a refund within 3 business days from the day the refund is issued. In case your order was already shipped out, and we are not able to redirect it, you will be required to open an RMA to proceed with the refund. Please note, we will not be able to refund the shipping cost if your order was already shipped.
