If you have multiple orders you'd like to combine (merge) our Sales and Shipping Support Team can assist you as long as your orders have not been shipped yet. We will re-calculate the shipping cost and issue a partial refund for the difference.
To merge your orders, please send us your request using the contact form. In the event that you already have an open request ticket, please allow us to review it and reply to it before you close it, as we will not be able to respond to it or make any changes you require to your order if the request is closed.
If you have multiple open orders, at least one of them is a pre-order and would like to merge them into one, we will be merging your orders into the one that already contains the pre-ordered product. This way we ensure we stay true to all the customers that have ordered a pre-order product at a certain time.
