Returning my product (30-day return)

Can I return the product I bought recently?

You can return a product you bought within 30 days of receiving your package in an unaltered, undamaged state. It's alright if you opened the packaging, but the product must not have any traces of use and should be returned with all accessories you received with the product.

Please head to our dedicated Returns portal and start your return request there.

Through the return steps, EKWB will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for your returning product(s), the cost of prepaid label will be deducted from your final refund ($27.50 USD / 25.00 EUR / 40.00 AUD depending on your country).

If you find the return process troublesome or non-compliant with your origin of shipping, please contact our Support team, and they'll help you out!

If your return shipment is lost or damaged in transit, you'll have to reach out to the carrier to resolve the situation as only the shipper can do that. For more information see our returns policy.
