Can I return the product I bought recently?
You can return a product you bought within 30 days of receiving your package in an unaltered, undamaged state. It's alright if you opened the packaging, but the product must not have any traces of use and should be returned with all accessories you received with the product.
Please log in through our Webshop, head to your Account and find 'MY RETURNS'. From there, please follow the next steps and request for a return.
If you find the return process troublesome or non-compliant with your origin of shipping, please contact our Support team, and they'll help you out!
If your return shipment is lost or damaged in transit, you'll have to reach out to the carrier to resolve the situation as only the shipper can do that. For more information see our returns policy.
