You can return a product you bought by mistake within 30 days of invoice date in an unaltered, undamaged state. It's alright if you opened the packaging, but the product must not have any traces of use and should be returned with all accessories you received with the product. Before you return the product, you'll be required to open an RMA:

If you've changed your mind and are returning a non-faulty product, you'll have to cover the return shipping costs. We strongly advise you to send the package using a carrier that provides a tracking number and proof of delivery, for example, GLS, DHL, TNT, UPS, FedEx, or your national Post service.
