Status of my return

How do I check the status of my return?

If you initiated your RMA return request through our Webshop, please log in, head to your Account and find 'MY RETURNS'. From there, select the return you would like to check the status of.

If however your return was processed through a different means, please contact our Support team and provide them as many details about your shipment as possible.
