Coil whine is the result of electronic components vibrating at specific frequencies when current flows through these components, resulting in an audible tone that can be perceptible to the human ear. If your graphics card or motherboard has coil whine it is almost impossible to remove it. A coil whine can appear when the card is additionally cooled (water block) or even overclocked. At higher MHz or higher FPS, this may occur. If a coil whine occurs, there is nothing wrong with a particular component. It will still work flawlessly. It is possible that the mentioned whine bothers some customers, but as mentioned, the coil whine is almost impossible to remove.
