D-RGB not working/flickering/works intermittently

Before proceeding with troubleshooting, make sure the LED components and connections are handled carefully to avoid any additional damage. Follow these steps to identify and resolve issues with faulty LEDs.

1. Check LED Connections:

• Ensure that the LED cables are correctly plugged into their respective connectors on the motherboard.
• Re-seat the connectors to make sure they are fully inserted into the headers and are making a secure connection.

2. Inspect and test the LED Cables:

• Examine the LED cables for any signs of physical damage.
• Try connecting the LEDs to a different header if available to check if the problem is specific to that header.
• If using a splitter disconnect it and connect the LED strip directly ito the header on the motherboard.

3. Check the motherboard header or controller/hub if you are using it:

• Inspect the header on the motherboard or the controller/hub for any visible damage or bent pins.
• Ensure that the header is working correctly, you can do that by connecting a known working LED strip to the header where the faulty LED strip is connected.

If the LED strip still does not work after following the steps above then the strip is probably faulty and needs to be replaced. If so, please contact our support team for further assistance.
