Even though we are working hard to deliver products in perfect condition to our consumers it can happen that one or more parts of it get scratched during transit or because of a human error. This article will let you know what are your options if you come across this kind of issue.
Scratches or scuffs on parts of a product can occur due to:
- Mishandling during installation,
- Faults in production or assembly processes,
- Transit damage.
If the product arrived already scratched please open a customer support ticket and provide some clear pictures of the product, the inside of the packaging, and the outside box packaging.
The customer service team will get back to you in a timely manner (within 2 working days) and help you with the problem.
