It can happen that you received the wrong product or just part of it. If this happens, please open a support ticket and follow the steps below to ensure you provide all the necessary information and increase the chances of a quick resolution.
In the Support ticket include the following:
- Picture of the Outside Product Packaging, with the product label clearly visible.
- Picture of the Product
- Picture of the QC Label (Small silver label or sticker affixed to the Box (not present on every product)).
After submitting the support ticket, you should receive an email confirming that your request has been received and you should receive an answer within 48 hours.
