Yes, you can! Firstly, check if the spare part you're looking for is available on our webshop. If you cannot find the part you're looking for, please create a Technical Support Request. Before you do, check the shipping costs and options to your location. When you open the ticket, let the agent know which available option you'd prefer.
Our Technical Support Team will look into the spare parts you need and forward your request to the Sales and Shipping Support Team. The Sales and Shipping Support Team will then create a quote for you and send you a payment request. Once the order is shipped out, we will notify you about it and send you your shipping information.
Please keep in mind it is not possible to add spare parts ordered via support to your existing orders since we store spare parts and final products in two different locations. We appreciate your understanding.
